Do you require a prescription?
Yes, we require a prescription if the chosen drug is sold with a prescription in your living residence. The prescriptions are sent on our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The available format is TXT, DOC, Photo, pdf, jpg.
Do you bring parcels to PO boxes?
Yes, we do. It is possible to arrange the delivery to your PO box.
What shipping options do you offer?
At the moment, Trust Pharmacy offers 2 shipping options: Airmail and EMS (courier delivery system). Airmail delivery lasts for 2-3 weeks (max. period of time is 30 days). There are cases of faster delivery provided. The waiting period of EMS Courier Delivery is 3-8 business days. The maximum delivery time is 14 days. There are cases of a greater delivery time because of customs delays. Courier system is supplied wшер tracking option. The ID number is sent on customer’s email.
Is the ordering fast and easy?
The ordering procedure is fast and easy. The ordering requires customers to choose the medication and enter all the details in the checkout. The details of how to make an order at Trust Pharmacy are given on How to Order page.
What payment methods are accepted?
All accepted payment options are Visa and MasterCard. Currently, customers are not able to use eChecks or wire transfer to pay for an order.
How fast my credit card will be debited?
When you submit an order your data will be processed. Then your credit card will be debited. When we get the approval your credit card is charged the status of your order will become approved. You will be sent an email when your order has been successfully paid and processed. One more email will be sent when your order is dispensed.
Is credit card data protected carefully?
Trust Pharmacy pays much attention to our customers’ privacy and security. We offer the highest rate of security when your credit card data is processed. Our billing page will be supplied with SSL providing an absolute security. The data is encrypted in the way to keep your data safe.
What are my actions if my parcel is damaged or missed?
Please contact customer support service of Trust Pharmacy. Inform our operator about the problem you have. There are 2 solutions: reshipment or refund. Reshipment is free of charge.
What should I do if my order has not come yet?
Do not be anxious if your parcel doesn’t come within 2-3 weeks (regular airmail) abs express (3-8 days) because there are cases when the parcel may be delivered for a greater period of time. The maximum delivery of regular service is 30 days. If this period of time is not over, the chance of a delayed delivery is high. If more than 30 days have gone it is required to contact customer support service to file for refund or reshipment.
